Components of high-pressure triplex plunger pump:
Crankcase, crankshaft, pump head, connecting rod, plunger, check valve, water seal, plunger oil seal, crankshaft oil seal, oil dipstick, rear end cover, etc.
The main wearing parts include: the water seal, plunger oil seal, and check valve.

Working principle of high pressure three plunger pump:
When the power drives the crankshaft of the high-pressure pump to run, the connecting rod drives the plunger to move from the top dead center to the bottom dead center, at the same time, the water inlet check valve of the pump is opened, and the water outlet check valve is closed to complete the water absorption process.
The connecting rod drives the plunger While moving from the bottom dead center to the top dead center, the water inlet one-way valve of the pump is closed, and the water outlet one-way valve is opened to complete the pumping process, and thus reciprocates to realize the pumping of the high-pressure pump.
No matter what the structure of the pump is, the pumping process of the pump is: in the closed volume, by changing the change of the closed volume, the suction and discharge of water are completed to realize the pumping of the pump. The principle is similar to the syringe used by doctors.
